Claims & Accidents Manager for a Car Hauling

We are looking for a professional, dynamic and experienced in cargo claims & accident management.

What we offer:

• Salary from $1200 to $1500/month (depend on your experience and skills)
• Comfortable office
• Working schedule from Mn-Fr, from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

What will you do:

• Manage cargo & accidents claims processes efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Oversee the organization of claims & accidents related documents, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Interact with clients, providing updates on claim status, addressing concerns, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Work closely with advocate to ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations. Assist in the preparation of documentation for legal proceedings, if necessary.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of improvements in claims management processes and workflows.
• Minimize company expenses.

What we expect from you:

• Experience Claims & Accidents Manager for a Trucking Company (Car Hauling as well)
• Fluent, conversational English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex claims scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with external clients.
• Advanced user with modern technology (Computers, smartphones, software applications & various digital tools
• Availability to work from the office and evening shifts (Mon-Fri, 14:00pm-11:00pm).
