We announce a new vacant position of Change Management Leader. The main responsibilities will include facilitating maib adaptation to major changes by ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing the efficiency and acceptance of new processes, technologies or cultures.
In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for change management in IT processes;
- Ensure effective interaction between classical and agile teams;
- Analyze current processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and flexibility;
- Train and support teams on change management practices;
- Create and improve existing regulatory documentation;
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators of processes.
Skills and abilities that make you suitable for this position:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT with a focus on change management;
- Higher education in IT, management or related disciplines;
- Great experience in delivering complex IT projects with cross-functional teams, as well as, strong experience in IT change management;
- Participation in transformational projects aimed to optimize process;
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). As well as, agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist)).
