Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analyses and produce reports on employee performance metrics to provide actionable insights to management, including individual cost assessments and alerts for deviations.
- Ensure the relevance, accuracy and consistency of analyzed data.
- Perform in-depth studies on individual performance and its impact on business results.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on individual contributions to company results, ensuring alignment between performance indicators and employee contributions.
- Deliver reports and presentations to stakeholders, offering explanations, trend analyses, and actionable conclusions.
- Recommend improvements to existing reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure timely submission of all reports, adhering to agreed deadlines.
- Foster effective communication and build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in financial analysis, reporting or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Language Skills: English proficiency (French language skills are a plus).
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with reporting tools such as Cognos and Power BI is an advantage.
