The company is rapidly expanding and scaling, with existing offices in European countries. It serves clients in Moldova. Currently, the task is to systematically develop the business, build a team, and open an office in Chisinau.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct market research to analyze demand, competitors, clients, and partners in Moldova.
- Identify promising business development opportunities.
- Develop a market entry strategy for Moldova, including sales targets, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with local legislative requirements.
- Recruit, train, and onboard local staff; build and manage a sales team.
- Seek new clients, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
- Expand partnerships with local suppliers and carriers.
- Implement a marketing strategy, organize advertising campaigns, and participate in industry events.
- Coordinate operational activities, including logistics and resource management.
- Monitor performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze sales effectiveness and adjust strategy as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in logistics and sales of logistics services required;
- Experience in management;
- Higher education, preferably in economics, logistics, commerce or management;
- Fluency in Russian, Romanian, knowledge of English will be considered a big advantage;
- Confident experience in B2B sales in the service sector;
- Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Leadership qualities, ambition, focus on results.
