We are looking for a Business Analyst for our trading platform who will help us create better products for our customers around the world. Our ideal candidate should be a team player, friendly, detail-oriented, and conscientious.

Responsibilities:

  • Eliciting the actual needs of stakeholders. Collaborating with stakeholders across various business units (Legal, Security, etc.) to develop the most appropriate business solution in a cooperative manner.
  • Communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.
  • Analyzing requirements, defining and elaborating on them.
  • Defining and describing acceptance criteria.
  • Managing changes to requirements and other product information.
  • Participating in solution evaluation after delivery.
  • Formalizing requirements, including maintaining project documentation (technical specifications, diagrams, and mockups).
  • Creating tasks for the development team.
  • Supporting and consulting the technical team (Developers, QA, BA, PM) at any stage of development.
  • Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Organizing and participating in pre-release demos.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in software development projects.
  • University degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, or Economics.
  • Proficiency in BA techniques and tools; proven experience in requirement management, including eliciting, analyzing, validating, and formalizing requirements in written format.
  • Ability to create and maintain specification documentation.
  • Experience in creating UML, Flowchart.
  • Experience in creating user interface prototypes.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal and strong communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
  • Knowledge of different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Understanding of systems integration.
  • Fluent in Russian and B1+ in English.
