Account sales representative

• Proven experience in freight brokerage and logistics
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficient in English (oral and written)

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored freight solutions
• Negotiate rates with carriers and ensure optimal margins
• Monitor and manage shipment progress to ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with the operations team to meet customer expectations
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and sales activities
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
